About

Hi, I’m Gordana! Originally from Serbia, I now call Chicago, Illinois, home. My career has been an exciting journey through different fields, each one shaping my skills and helping me grow. I spent eight years as an administrative assistant, sharpening my organizational skills and attention to detail. Before that, I worked for seven years as a journalist in Serbia, driven by my love for storytelling and connecting with people.

Over time, my career path led me to discover my true passion: UX design. I graduated from the UX Designlab Academy and gained expertise in UX research, interaction design, user testing, prototyping, and user interface design. I love solving problems and creating user-focused, functional, and visually appealing designs. UX design has become my creative outlet, allowing me to blend my storytelling background with empathy to craft meaningful and impactful user experiences.

This journey not only highlights my adaptability but also reflects my drive to explore new ways to connect with and serve others. I draw on my diverse experiences to approach every project with care, creativity, and precision. My story is a unique blend of structure, empathy, and design—a combination I’m proud to bring to every new challenge and opportunity.

My friends are my treasure

These two are my biggest inspiration

I love to travel!
